Privacy Policy

This policy explains how slatecraft.si ("we", "the Service") handles your information.

What We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address and profile picture from your sign-in provider (for example Google), and the IP address used at sign-up to prevent abuse.
• Content you upload: images, voice clips and prompts you submit, and the videos generated from them.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance and order history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through privacy-friendly analytics and server logs.

How We Use It

We use your data to run the Service: to sign you in, process your videos, keep your generation history, manage credits and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploads to train our own models.

Who Processes Your Data

To provide the Service we share data with service providers acting on our behalf:

• AI model providers (Vidu, operated by ShengShu) receive your uploaded images, voice clips and prompt in order to generate the output.
• Cloudflare hosts the Service, its database and file storage.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Sign-in and email providers (for example Google) authenticate you and deliver account emails.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States.

Retention

Images and voice clips you upload are stored privately in our file storage so the AI model provider can fetch them for your generation; the provider also holds them under its own retention terms. Generated videos are stored in your account (My videos) for at least 90 days; we may delete uploads and videos older than that to limit storage. To have your files or your account deleted sooner, email support@slatecraft.si from the address on your account. Account and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and tax purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us from the address on your account.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies:

• Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember your theme and store your cookie choice. They are always on because the Service does not work without them.
• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics help us understand which pages people visit. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics may receive cookieless, anonymous signals only. Visitors from other regions have analytics cookies on by default.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer. Your choice is stored for 12 months.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
